There's a certain kind of magic that fills the air when people gather together to do something in a lively atmosphere, with music, to play games as a group. Laughter comes from thin air. Everyone has a spirit of kinship. We all feel like we're doing something important...and we are. We're filling each other's lives with joy. That feeling is missing when you all aren't around. Frankly, I miss it. We have such a great time with Let's Do Trivia, and I'm not saying that just to promote the game. I really mean it. When the summer comes, Arena's will be filled with snowbirds and tourists, and that's a really, really good thing. But before that, let's enjoy the fun times we get to have when it's just us: two (or three) friends (only in spanish), a team that's always number two (and a force to be reckoned with), a foursome (sometimes five) that are all about those faces, a family that spills drinks, absolute mayhem itself, and so many more. Arena's - Let's Do Trivia - 2-27-24

 Last week, the lively atmosphere at Arena's Deli in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, was filled with the spirited competition of the "Let's Do Trivia" game. Teams such as Hot Totz, Team 2Be Reckoned With, Ana's Boys, and Drink Spillers gathered for an evening of brain-teasing questions and friendly banter.

As the sun dipped below the horizon, the teams engaged in rounds of challenging trivia, showcasing their knowledge on a variety of topics. Laughter echoed through the restaurant as the springtime vibes infused the air with a sense of renewal and excitement.

When the final question was answered, it was Team 2Be Reckoned With that emerged victorious, claiming the coveted 1st place. Their triumph was rewarded with a $40 prize, adding a touch of spring bloom to their celebration. Hot Totz secured the 2nd place spot, earning a $10 prize; however, the spring spirit prevailed as their prize was rolled over, blossoming into a $50 prize for the upcoming week.

As the teams left Arena's Deli, the promise of warmer days and blooming possibilities lingered in the air, setting the stage for another round of "Let's Do Trivia" and the chance for new teams to bloom into champions.

I guess the post-Valentine's Day burnout/hangover/whatever is real, since it was a small, but very fun crowd at Arena's in Downtown Rehoboth last week. In fact, the whole town seemed deserted! But, dessert was served in the form of some sweet prizes to About Faces, who won a $40 prize; and Team 2Be Reckoned With, who won a $10 prize!

Folks, there's no cost for parking outside of summer, and PLENTY of fun to be had on the Rehoboth Boardwalk before May, and it's at Arena's on Tuesday nights at 7pm! Why wait until the tourists flock back to have fun?  In a dazzling display of intellectual prowess at Arena's Deli in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, teams gathered to engage in the high-stakes battle of wits known as "Let's Do Trivia." The ambiance was electric, the nachos were crispy, and the competition was hotter than a jalapeño on a summer day.

The Sharks swam into the trivia waters with determination, but alas, they couldn't outsmart the genius minds at About Faces. These trivia maestros were pulling answers out of thin air like magicians pulling rabbits out of hats, leaving everyone else scratching their heads.

Tres Amigos brought the spice, Hot Totz brought the heat, and Iceland Bound brought... well, they brought a map, just in case. Meanwhile, Team 2Be Reckoned With lived up to their name, reckoning with the toughest questions and securing a spot on the podium.

The atmosphere was so charged that even Han's Solo couldn't navigate through the questions solo. Nevertheless, the force was strong with him.

As for Go Getter, they were more determined than a cat trying to catch a laser pointer. The trivia masterminds in this team had their eyes on the prize, but in the end, they were just a hair short of the glory.

In an unexpected twist, About Faces emerged victorious, claiming 1st place and a whopping $40 prize – enough to make even Beyoncé do a double take. Team 2Be Reckoned With secured the coveted 2nd place, earning themselves a $10 prize and a standing ovation, or as we like to call it, the Trivia Grammys.

Even if your team isn't in the SUPER arena this year, we have a super game of Let's Do Trivia for you at Arena's on the boardwalk!!!

Last week, with a $90 prize on the line, About Faces were all about right answers, and with their game faces on, had built a comfortable lead for themselves, while our house team, Hot Totz, continued their hot streak, holding a strong 2nd place!!!

On to the final round, where About Faces were still standing their ground in First, while Team 2Be Reckoned With had made their way up the ladder to a close 2nd, with Hot Totz still in it at 3rd!

The game results: About Faces stood their ground to the last, winning the first prize, a $90 prize!!!
All it takes is one point, and that's how much Hot Totz won 2nd by, meaning YOU get THEIR prize in addition to the usual prize for FIRST PLACE: for a total of a $50 INFLATED PRIZE!!!!
